I would like to thank you for your help passing the Fl State Mortgage Broker Exam. I failed the first time I took it, and received a 66 out of 100. You have to get a 75 to pass. After reviewing many many of your questions and taking many practice tests I passed the next time I took the test. I do not believe I could have passed without your practice exams.

I just wanted to thank you so much for all of the useful information that you provided us with during the June mortgage brokers pre-license course. I took my exam this morning and I'm happy to say that I passed! You made the math very easy to understand and everything else was a breeze. I attended your mortgage broker class in November. I also attended the review session and passed my test with a 97%. I think you did an excellent job instructing the class and I would recommend attending the review session prior to anyone taking the test.
