A 63 hour comprehensive view of the theoretical, practical and legal aspects of real estate. The principles of this course are designed to aid the aspiring real estate salesperson in successfully completing the pre-licensing course, end of course exam and state licensing exam.

The 45 hour initial renewal course that is intended to provide licensees an opportunity to build on the principles and practices covered in the pre-licensing course and to present new hands on training in many important subject areas.
