Not applicable for initial license renewal for sales associates and brokers. First three (3) hours are Core Law. Attendance of 14 hours of classroom instruction with no final examination.

Not applicable for initial license renewal for sales associates and brokers. The 14 hour continuing education requirement may be satisfied by the completion of a correspondence course (completed at the salesperson's or broker's own pace) with open book final examination.
