Single Family Residential Property Management
This 30 hour course is designed to teach real estate brokers how to list, lease, rent, inspect and manage residential properties in accordance with the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Laws. The course is highly recommended for brokers desiring to do or start property management departments within their companies as it covers the management of small single family and other residential properties from “A to Z”
