Ty, I was in your week long Sales Associate course, and Charli, I was one of the guys sitting on the back row of your state exam prep course last weekend thoroughly enjoying your energy and dance moves. I just wanted to write both of you and thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise! I had both of your voices swimming in my head during the State Exam... which I successfully passed on the first try! Can't report that there were any surprises on the exam. Everything was sufficiently covered in both of your classes. I just wanted to write and say THANKS A TON!!!! I'm super excited to get started on this new journey! Perhaps our paths will cross again when I'm back in August taking my post licensing course! Take care and see ya out there!

Ty - I want to thank you with all my heart for being such an awesome teacher! I don't think that I would have passed that test if it wasn't for the outstanding method of your teaching. I attended your weekend refresher course this past weekend for the Broker exam. I passed the exam today. The weekend course was extremely helpful in refreshing my memory about the material, as I had taken the 72 hour course last summer.

I enjoyed my exprience with IFREC and will certainly be a repeat customer for my continuing education. I really appreciate that IFREC followed through on its scheduled class at our GLCAR office in Tavares. It was great being able to take the class close to home (I'm in Leesburg) instead of having to commute into Orlando for all of those days. Your instructors have been great, with lots of real world experience and examples to apply to the material.

If you are looking for success I highly recommend IFREC. I had a amazing teacher Karla Robinson and she taught a former EMT/Firefighter the essentials I needed to successfully become a Sales Associate. I would like to thankKarla Robinson for her excellent teaching. I took the end of course last week and passed with 92, then I took the state exam today and I passed the exam without taking any state exam review courses. I couldn't make it without her, because several topics I found in the state exam were discussed by her in detail during class. I also want to thank Dave Spada who brought the second half of the course. Both guided and prepared me very well for both exams, the end of course exam and the state exam. Thank you very much.

Just wanted to let you know that your wonderful knowledge and teaching allowed me to pass my exam on the first try last Thursday. Since then I have received an offer to do an internship with a Management Company to learn all the day-to-day functions of a CAM.  I am really excited about this opportunity.  I will decide if I want to pursue with this company. If not , at a minimum, l will have some day-to-day exposure of the life as a CAM and be able to market myself to other organizations.The test took me about an hour and a half to complete.  There were no big surprises on there.  The handouts you are providing during the cram are perfect prep for the test.  Thanks again for everything.

I took my State Test on Saturday July 2 and passed. It was my 3rd try. My 1st attempt I got a 74. After taking it the first two times I paid the $69 for the online test prep and it made all the difference. Thanks for being a great teacher.

As many students who have taken your courses can vouch, you are by far the best instructor IFREC has to offer. I took the pre license course end of september 2008. Unfortunately I became very busy and unable to focus on passing the state exam. As of May 2009 my seasonal job has ended for the summer and I am happy to say that I studied for 2 weeks and passed my state exam. Thanks to your teaching efforts I remembered more than thought. I just started at a local Real Estate company and couldn't be more excited about finally starting my new career. Thanks again....

I found IFREC is the most professional, Informative and extraordinary real estate school I have had the privilege to attend. I have tried via Internet with other institutions for 2 years to become a broker in Florida while living in New Jersey. I had no success. Once I researched IFREC, I found their website to be easy to navigate and very informative. From day one the instructors, and personnel gave me the tools and guidance to further my career. IFREC helped me reach my goal. I do plan to continue attending Ifrec for my post, CE, CAM, and other designations. I want to thank my instructor who took the time to answer all my questions and helped me get my Broker License.

More Happy and Successful Students Write...

After five months (because of some stupid issue with my drivers license in NC) I was able to take the state exam this afternoon... which I passed. Wahoo! That. Was. A. Pain. Goodness, waiting this long was a bad idea... but your prep course and then studying for the last week proved to be a good idea. So thank you a ton sir... you teach the material very well, and really help in getting it committed to memory thru stories and expertise.

After passing my test yesterday, this newly licensed Florida Real Estate associate would like to thank you for your professionalism in making 7 full days of class & 2 days of prep enjoyable yet incredibly educational.  After I took the test, I felt like telling the computer, “Is that all you got?  I know about mill rates, FHA requirements, doc stamps and a ton of other stuff you didn’t even ask me about!” 

Your personal stories coupled with your memory exercises made your course one of the best I’ve attended.  I can’t remember what I had for lunch 2 days ago but I’ll never drive down the street without thinking about 4 old men doing 35 in a 60 MPH zone.

I’ll keep you posted when I see where this license leads me.  Thanks again.

I just finished the 8 day Broker course. I have been in Real Estate for the past 21 years--between NC and now Florida. I have had to take the Sales and Broker courses in NC, and countless continuing education courses. This past 8 days of school was the most informative and fun learning class that I have ever had the privilege to be a part of. And it is all because of your teaching methods and persona that make it enjoyable to attend and even look forward to.

It took me roughly an hour and 15 minutes to get to class each day, from Oviedo, because of traffic. I can tell you that that issue didn't deter my desire to get up early and look forward to get to your class.

Thank you for an awesome class. I really learned a lot and owe it all to you.

I was in last weekends review. I sat for the exam today and PASSED!!!!! First try. I was so prepared it only
took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to take. And usually if I am the first one finished... I pass.

I would like to thank IFREC for such a comprehensive review. There were no surprises and I was amazed that test was so easy. Being well prepared made it easy. I took the course online and was worried about the lack of a teacher to help answer any questions I had. The review course made up for that lack personal interaction.

Again thanks for a job well done.

I made a huge mistake and took the distance learning class online from one of your competitors. You get what you pay for in life. Without a live instructor I was forced to figure out some very simple processes the hard way. I found the material boring and lifeless. I studied very hard and passed my after school test without a clue as to how I did until I received my grade.

I heard that the state exam was much harder so I decided to take your prep course for the state exam. Thank God. I purchased your audio CD as well as your interractive Prep CD and used them as study tools. But what really made the difference was taking the live Prep classes. They were nothing short of sensational.

Your instructors, both of them, should be commended for their presentation skills. They covered the points in a timely manner, they were most professional in their people skills, and made the topics come to life and become meaningful.

I took the state exam todat for the first and only time. I KNEW that I passed when I got up. There was no doubt. I had been prepared to pass and I did. Thank you for offering such a quality product and you have me as a student for all my future needs.

I would like to thank you for your excellent preparation for the state exam. Thanks to you I went into the test center confident in my knowledge and well prepared for anything they could throw at me!

I did not see any information on the test that you did not cover in class, in fact the test seemed far easier and much more straight forward than any of the practice tests! I was getting a bit concerned after doing a few practice tests on-line, but the state questions were much more simple than most of the stuff they ask on-line or even in the book!

I look forward to coming in contact with you soon in a professional capacity now that you have helped to launch me on my way!

I first tried to get my license sometime last year - took the class at another school, passed the class test and then sat for the state exam. Although I studied, I didn't really have a good grasp of the materials, and unfortunately I didn't pass the state exam. After a period of discouragement, I decided to try again. I re-took the class elsewhere, but still was not successful in getting past the state exam.

Finally, I decided to try IFREC. I took the sales associate class as an auditor (thank you for making this possible!). I was amazed at how well the instructor was able to explain the information. Material that I had not understood suddenly made sense to me! Additionally, I really liked how organized the entire organization at IFREC was - name, ID, books and cd's available, etc. All the right tools necessary to pass were right there for me. I studied hard again, taking the review classes as suggested. And today, I am proud to report that I have successfully passed the state exam! Thank you to IFREC, all the staff there. I couldn't have done it without you!

I attended the IFREC Real Estate Sales Associate class in September/October at the request of my Broker. I was very impressed with all the materials and manner in which the class was taught, and especially impressed with our instructor. She made learning Real Estate fun and interesting! She made each of us feel comfortable and respected by learning all of our names in the first few days and being interested in our questions no matter how many times we might ask her the same thing! She used humor constantly, and shared with us personal stories in which to help us remember the material and formulas that were needed. She was very instrumental in the success rate of our class, with the end of class exam and also the State exam.

Can’t believe that I passed the exam 4 days after taking your review course! I REALLY enjoyed class and wished so much I had taken my sales associate course at IFREC vs. another school. It made a HUGE difference. Now my husband is wanting to take your course to do the same.

The test questions were right in line with your review course. Some were twisted around but only to ensure you know what in the world you are talking about! I can appreciate that. Thank you a million times over for a great class. I will be back for many more courses at IFREC.
