Richard "Dick" Fryer, President of IFREC Real Estate Schools, is a well known educator and widely recognized guest speaker. He has personally instructed thousands of students over the past 30 years and frequently appears as an expert witness on topics impacting today's real estate industry including law changes, FL Statutes, Rules and Regulations of the Florida Real Estate Commission and the practice of real estate.
Over the years Dick has received many prestigious awards and he currently serves on the Boards of Florida Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS and Easter Seals.
