Mr. Fryer has been active in a wide array of activities in the real estate industry since graduating from Florida State University in 1971. As a licensed real estate broker and instructor, he has personally taught thousands of real estate students over the past 30 years.
Founded in 1983, IFREC Real Estate Schools is Central Florida's oldest and largest privately owned real estate educational facility.
As a widely recognized guest speaker, Mr. Fryer is actively sought to present audiences with current topics impacting today's real estate industry. He also appears as an expert witness in real estate litigation concerning the practice of real estate, Florida Statutes and the Rules and Regulations of the Florida Real Estate Commission.
