Our History in Real Estate Education
Founded in 1983, the Institute of Florida Real Estate Careers, Inc. (IFREC) is recognized as the leader in Florida real estate education and Orlando area's oldest and largest real estate school.
IFREC has, in addition to its Orlando corporate campus, a registration office and classrooms in Stuart and classrooms in Kissimmee. Other regularly scheduled classes are held at REALTOR Associations and educational facilities throughout the State of Florida.
IFREC's marketing department works with the real estate brokerage community in recruiting, retaining and hiring its graduates. From time to time, broker breakfasts and guest speakers are offered to provide information on the latest trends, while promoting valuable networking opportunities.
With documented success stories of its State Exam Prep Course, a great number of smaller schools and colleges throughout the state refer their pre-license students to IFREC for this popular preparatory class. Due to its demand, this class is offered in a live classroom format every other weekend and online. IFREC is the only privately owned real estate school in Florida authorized to offer both NAR / REBAC designation courses.
